SPRING 2018 RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS
(Peewee Instructional Program and Riverdale Soccer League Girls Division)
We are now accepting registrations for the Spring 2018 season for boys and girls born in 2010 or 2011 (Peewee Program) and girls born in 2003 through 2009 (Girls League). There is no spring program for boys born before 2010. The Boys League plays only in the fall season, and fall registration begins in June.
The spring season will take place on Sundays from April 8 to June 10 at the Ethical Culture Fieldston School in Riverdale. The Peewee Program meets from 9 to 10:30 AM. Girls League game times will vary week to week.
Due to time and field space limitations and the growing popularity of our programs, registration is limited and is on a FIRST COME BASIS
The registration status of each age group, as of 1/13/17, is as follows:
Peewee Program for boys and girls born in 2011: Open
Peewee Program for boys and girls born in 2010: Open
Younger Girls Division for girls born in 2008 and 2009: Open
Middle Girls Division for girls born in 2006 and 2007: Open
Older Girls Division for girls born in 2003, 2004 and 2005: Open

. Then mail the completed registration form with payment to the address on the form. Your canceled check will serve as your receipt, or send us an email and we will verify receipt of your child's registation. There is no online or phone registration.
If you are placed on a wait list, we will notify you by email and not deposit your check unless a spot opens up for you.
Once you have registered, you will be contacted by us or your coach before April 2 with more information. Please wait until after April 2 to contact us if you have not received more information by then.
SPRING 2018 TRAVEL TEAMS
Participation on a travel team requires a tryout, and there are a limited number of openings on each team. For more information about a particular travel team, and to find out about availability for the Spring 2018 season, contact the team managers as shown below.

. The United will be holding tryouts throughout the winter months for new players to join the team for the Spring 2018 season. Potential new players should have prior experience playing travel soccer or on their high school team. Please contact Andrew Belton to schedule a time for a tryout.

FALL 2017 ENROLLMENT TOTALS
In the Fall 2017 season, the Riverdale Soccer Club had 664 youth soccer players playing in our programs. This included 140 players on 20 teams in the Peewee Program, 254 players on 20 teams in the Riverdale Soccer League Boys Division, 158 players on 12 teams in the Riverdale Soccer League Girls Division, and 122 players on 10 travel teams playing in the Westchester Youth Soccer League. Altogether, there were 425 boys and 249 girls playing soccer in our programs.
