SPRING 2025 RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS
(Peewee Instructional Program and
Riverdale Girls Soccer Leagues)
We are still accepting late registrations for the Spring 2025 season. All registrations will be conducted online, and all monetary transactions will therefore be done by credit card and receipts will be issued through the online platform.
TO REGISTER, please click here.
There are two programs in the spring season:
The Peewee Instructional Program is for boys and girls born in 2017 and 2018 and will be an hour and a half session on Saturday mornings.
The Girls League is open to girls born in 2010 through 2016.
We expect to have three age divisions: an Older Division for children born between 2010 and 2012, a Middle Division for children born in 2013 and 2014, and a Younger Division for children born in 2015 and 2016.
All games will be held on Saturdays with the specific times to be determined by enrollment.
Girls League teams also generally practice once a week, with the time and place determined by each team's coach.
There is no spring program for boys born before 2017.
The Boys League plays only in the fall season at Seton Park, with registration starting in June.
The registration status of each age group, as of 3/12/25, is as follows:
Peewee Program for boys and girls born in 2018: Open
Peewee Program for boys and girls born in 2017: Open, but almost full
Younger Girls Division for girls born in 2015 and 2016: Open
Middle Girls Division for girls born in 2013 and 2014: Open, but almost full
Older Girls Division for girls born in 2010, 2011 and 2012: Open
Both spring programs will take place at the Van Cortlandt Park Parade Ground near Broadway and West 251 Street and will run for 10 weeks, from April 5th to June 7th (with June 14th as a rain date).
The season fee is $110 per player for either program (includes a $15 late fee), which includes the player's uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts, and socks.
Players must provide their own shin guards, which are required to play.
Refunds will be given if you cancel before March 15. There are no refunds after that date.
If you have already registered, we or your child's coach will contact you by April 1 with more information.
Please wait until after April 1 to contact us if you have not heard from us.
