Riverdale Soccer League (Boys Division)

In the Fall of 2000, the Club began to manage the South Riverdale Soccer League, a 15-year-old league previously affiliated with the local baseball little league organization. In 2010, the league was renamed as the Boys Division of the Riverdale Soccer League. This division plays in the Fall only, with games on Saturdays in Seton Park, located at 232 Street and Independence Avenue. Teams also generally practice once a week, with the time and place arranged by the team's coach. It is open to all boys (and girls upon request) of eligible age who wish to play.

In recent seasons, there have been around 250 players divided into three age divisions: a younger division for 3rd and 4th graders, a middle division for 5th and 6th graders, and an older division for 7th through 9th graders. Teams are coached by parents on a voluntary basis, but games are refereed by paid licensed referees.

Registration is done in June. The registration fee is $85 per player. Late signups are allowed if space is available, although an additional $10 late fee is charged.
