Peewee Instructional Program

Starting in the Fall of 2000, the Club has sponsored a co-ed non-competitive instructional program for 6- and 7-year-olds (1st and 2nd graders). The program takes place on Saturday mornings in the fall and spring. Each session lasts about an hour and a half. In the Fall it is located in Seton Park, located at 232 Street, and in the Spring, in Van Cortlandt Park. Players are divided into small groups of no more than seven players, each with a voluntary parent-coach under the supervision of the Program Instructor. Each hour and a half session consists of practice drills followed by small-sided games.

Registration is done in June for the Fall season, and in Februrary for the Spring season. The registration fee is $85 per player. Late signups are allowed if space is available, although an additional $10 late fee is charged.
